Campaign Support

Fairways Residents are calling all Belmont Residents for support to cancel the recent 18% increase in the monthly HOA assessment because opposing party did not have any representation in the volunteer team and voting was not fair. We definitely want to keep Belmont beautiful but there are multiple ways to do that. We are proposing this for keeping our community beautiful.

Power has a bigger responsibility. And the HOA has tremendous power and its unintentional misuse can damage the community. The HOA must ensure that the power it has is always in the right direction and for the benefit of its residents. Mistakes can happen and we are here to support each other when that happens. That’s the reason we are here calling all residents to make the current assessment reversed.

The HOA has been working great, and we hope that this was a mere mistake that HOA will fix soon. Sharing our discomfort and disagreement is necessary for a healthy community and an awesome HOA. Let’s stand together and help fellow residents and the Board to resolve this issue amicably.
